PICKING AND PACKING YOUR ORDER
After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). Please note that it’s possible that we require a 2 or 3 day handling time in some cases.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After the orders are packed, they will be handed over to our shipping company. When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail where you’re able to track your order. Please note that the standard shipping solution for orders outside Europe is subject to a less reliable tracking service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return or exchange the product(s) within 14 days after you’ve received it. You can ship the item(s) back by simply following these steps:
1. Make sure the item(s) are in an unused original condition and they include all original tags.
2. Place the item(s) in a shipping box.
3. Tape the shipping box securely.
4. Label the box with the return shipping address (find the return address below).
5. Drop the box off at a trusted shipping carrier. Make sure you include a tracking service so the package can always be traced, to prevent loss.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These fees are not included in our services. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers.
DELIVERY DURING SALE/HOLIDAY PERIODS
During sale and holiday periods deliveries may experience a delay. We always try to ship out orders within two days!
– All returns must be sent via registered mail in an unused original condition and they include all original tags etc. otherwise we can’t accept the return.
– Returns may take up to 5 working days to process once we have received it.
– Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund the amount of the returned item(s). We will not refund any costs involved in the return shipment.
– Note that upon returning or exchanging any products you make sure to notify your local customs office. They will then refund you the tax and customs fee or prevent you from having to pay them twice. Unfortunately, this isn’t anything we can control from here.
– Returns that arrive with us later than 14 days after you have received it, cannot be refunded.
– In case of a return, we will refund your payment (excl. return shipping costs) within 14 days.
